Computer Keyboard And Mouse for 2024 JAMB Exam

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, has introduced the use of a Keyboard and Mouse in ticking answers during the CBT Examination.

Using the Keyboard and Mouse to tick answers is one of the simplest and fastest methods of writing the JAMB CBT Examination.

The keyboard can be used in ticking answers by pressing some of the keys listed below to execute its functions.

1. A – Select options A. In case the answer to the question given is A just press A on the keyboard. A selected radio button will be shown after choosing it.
2. B – Select option B. It’s possible you already choose option A before but you wish to change it to B. All you need is just to press B on the keyboard.
3. C – To pick option C.
4. D – Choose option D.
5. N – N symbolize the next question. Take for instance you are done with the first question all you have to do to move to the next question is to press N.
6. P – Stands for the previous question. In case there is any question you omitted without attending just press P to check it.
7. S – Is used to save. Note: you need to press it two times (save and submit). Pressing it once mean submitting.
8. R – To reverse. In case you mistakenly press S once and you haven’t attempted all questions do press R to go back to the question page.

How to Use The Mouse to Answer 2024 JAMB Questions

This can be executed by pointing/moving the mouse arrow to your correct answer and clicking on it. On the screen, you will see the next, previous, and save buttons. Select anyone needed.

How to Use Mouse in Ticking Correct 2024 JAMB Answers

The procedures shown below are the ones to be followed on how you can use the mouse to answer JAMB questions.

1. Move the cursor to the option you want to choose.
2. Point the cursor directly on the small circle behind that option.
3. Left-click on your mouse to select that option.
4. Move the cursor to point to the “NEXT” button.
5. Left-click on the mouse to go to the Next question.
6. Repeat steps 1–5 for the next and other questions.
7. After answering all the questions in your four subjects, Move the cursor to point to the “SUBMIT EXAM” button.
8. Left-click the mouse.
9. The computer will pop up a question on the screen asking if you want to submit it.
10. Left-click on “YES” to confirm your submission.
11. Left-click on “NO” or “RETURN” to go back to the questions.
