ESUT Matriculation Date for 2023/2024 Academic Session

This is to inform the general public especially fresh students of Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) that the school management has fixed Friday, 17th February 2023 as the date for the 2022/2023 matriculation ceremony.

The Ceremony will be conducted at the Convocation Area, Permanent Campus, Agbani. The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) is hereby informed of the memo that the 42nd Matriculation Ceremony will hold on Friday 17th February 2023.

In line with the tradition of the University, there will be a two day orientation exercise for the new students.

During the exercise, every student will be given Matriculation packages and academic gown on payment of the approved cost of services as follows;

1. Hiring of academic gown (undergraduate) – N10,000.00
2. Hiring of academic gown (Postgraduate) – N15,000.00
3. Matriculation packages (Undergraduate and Postgraduates) – N5,000.00

The purpose of this communication is to request all fresh students (Undergraduates and Postgraduates) to visit our portal http://portal.esut.edu.ng and select sundry fees to generate invoice for the academic gown and Matriculation packages and then proceed to any commercial bank to make the payment with the generated invoice The Ag. Vice-Chancellor hereby urges all staff to co-operate with the University Management to ensure the success of this year’s Matriculation Ceremony by mobilizing the students and participating actively in all the activities.

Heads of Department and other Academic and Senior Administrative Staff, are required to report at the Council Chamber at 10.30 am on the Matriculation day for proper robing and procession to the Arena.
