Gombe State Poly Announces ND Result Collection Process
This is an important announcement for all graduates and graduating students of Gombe State Polytechnic, Bajoga.
Following a recent development at the institution, all those eligible can now collect their National Diploma (ND) Statement of Result. Let’s break down what this means and how you can go about collecting your statement of result.
Ratification of Awards by the Academic Board
In its 29th board meeting held on May 4, 2023, the Academic Board ratified and approved the award of National Diplomas to all graduating students.
This significant move follows the recent accreditation of the Polytechnic by The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
Collection of National Diploma Statement of Results
Starting from Monday, May 22, 2023, collection of the ND Statement of Results will commence. All eligible students are encouraged to proceed with the collection of their ND Statement of Results from this date.
New Fees for Collection
In light of the recent developments, the management has also reviewed and approved a new fee for the collection of the ND Statement of Result. The new fee stands at N5000. This new fee applies to all students eligible to collect their ND Statement of Result.
For Those Who Paid N1000 for Diploma Statement of Result Collection If you previously paid N1000 for the collection of the Diploma Statement of Result, you are required to top up an additional N4000 for the collection of your ND Statement of Result. This is to meet up with the new approved fee for the collection of the ND Statement of Result.
Returning Diploma Statement of Result
Finally, for those who previously collected the Diploma Statement of Result, the school management requests that these are returned before the collection of the ND Statement of Result. This policy is put in place to ensure a smooth transition and avoid any mix-up in the process of result collection.
